I love dollar stores.  I find so many neat things there!

I also love arts and crafts, nearly to the point of obsession.

So it’s no small wonder that I love Dollar Store Crafts!  Dollar Store Crafts is an excellent blog that features crafts made completely out of dollar store items and recycled whatnots.  The posts are organized by cost — free to $1, $5 and under, etc. My favorite is the $1 and under category! There are some awesome ideas, like these beads made from recycled plastic soda bottles. (Would you ever guess?? They look like candy!)

Inexpensive crafts like these are great gift ideas, and often the projects can be done in part or entirely by children so your handmade gifts can truly be from the entire family!
